How the price is set
Three things decide it. You hear a rough range on the first call, before you spend anything.

- What it connects toYour books, email, calendar and payments. Each one adds a little work, and we tell you which.
What the monthly fee covers
Hosting
It runs on servers in your company’s name, kept up and secure.
Backups
Everything is copied every night and kept thirty days.
Fixes
If something breaks, it gets fixed. No ticket, no extra bill.
Changes
Changes to what’s built are in the fee. Ask by call, text or email; most are done in a day or two. A whole new piece gets its own price in writing first.
Updates
The tools underneath are kept current, so it never goes stale.

If you stop, it’s still yours
The code, the data and the accounts are in your company’s name from day one, with written notes on how it all works. Stop the monthly plan and you keep every piece of it. Any good developer can pick it up.

Questions about the money
Why no prices on the site?
Every company needs something different, so any price here would be wrong for you. You hear a rough range on the first call, and one price in writing before anything is built. It doesn’t change on you.
What if it takes longer than planned?
The price doesn’t move. If the build runs long, that’s our cost. Anything new you add later gets its own price in writing first.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with the one piece that helps most. A small piece is a small price. Add the next when it earns its place, or stop there.
Is the monthly plan required?
No. If you stop, the hosting account is already in your company’s name, so it keeps running and you pay the host directly. You keep the code, the data, the logins and the notes. Fixes and changes stop until you hire someone, me or anyone else.
Is there a contract?
One page. You sign the written plan with the price on it once you say go. The monthly plan has no term.
When do I pay?
In parts, as set out in your written plan before anything starts. Nothing is due on the call, and nothing is due before you’ve signed the plan.
