What we know about you, which is almost nothing

Press the button on Book a time and it sends what you typed, the time you picked, your name, your business and your number, to us as an email, so that we can call you back. It is not stored on this website and it is not added to a list. No other page asks you for anything about yourself.

If the sending fails, the page hands the same message to the messaging app on your own phone instead, so you can read it before you send it. If you never press send, nothing has left your device.

We use a visitor counter that tells us how many people opened a page and roughly where in the world they were. It sets no cookies, it does not follow you to other websites, and it cannot tell us who you are.

Tapping the phone number, the text link, or Book a time also logs one row in a database: which of those three it was and which page you were on, with no name, number or email attached. It is how we see what people actually tap, not who tapped it.

If you call or text, we have your phone number and whatever you told us, and we keep it so we can answer you and remember the conversation next time. We use it for that, and nothing else.

We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone trying to advertise at you.

Existing clients sign in to a portal at app.clearlineweb.us, which does hold real information about their jobs, files and invoices. That is covered by the agreement we have with those clients directly, not by this page.

When we build a website or a system for a business, that business decides what it collects from its own customers and is responsible for it. We set it up, and we will tell you plainly what it is gathering.

Call or text 559-918-9067 and ask. We will delete what we hold about you and tell you when it is done.
