Clearline exists to put something underneath that. Usually it is software built around how that one business runs. Sometimes it starts with a website. It depends entirely on where the business is losing the week.

Say it in the words owners use
Calls, customers, jobs, quotes, scheduling, follow up, payments, paperwork. If a sentence needs translating, it was written for the wrong person.
You own it
The site, the software, the data and the domain. Nothing here depends on you being unable to leave.
Founder led
The person who scopes your build is the person who builds it and answers the phone. As the studio grows that stays the rule: one person owns your system, start to finish.
