Custom software, built in Fresno and Clovis

Clearline builds Central Valley companies their own software, around how they already run. We come to you, we keep it running, and you own it.

Based in Clovis, California

In person across the Valley

You own what we build

Local, on purpose

  1. We come to you

The first look at how your company runs happens at your place, on a normal day, not on a slideshow.

  2. One person, close by

The person who builds your software lives in Clovis. When something needs fixing, it’s a short drive, not a ticket.

  3. Built for how the Valley works

Companies run from trucks, job sites and one office. The software is built for that, not for a downtown tower.

Questions from Valley owners

Is there a custom software company in Fresno?

Yes. Clearline is based in Clovis, next to Fresno. We build companies their own software, around how they already run, then keep it running. You own the code, the data and the accounts.

Do you meet in person?

Yes, anywhere around Fresno and Clovis, and across the Central Valley. Most companies start with a 20 minute call, then a visit to see how a normal week runs.

What can you build for a Fresno company?

A company’s own software: the website, every request answered, the schedule, quotes and invoices, a login for customers, an app for the team, and your numbers each morning. Most start with one piece.

Are you a software developer or an agency?

A software developer. You talk to Braxton, the person who builds it, from the first call to every change after.

Do you build apps and use AI?

Yes, where it saves time. A phone app for your team, a login for your customers, and help that answers calls, texts and email in your name or reads invoices and forms. Anything unclear goes to a person.

How much does custom software cost?

You hear a rough range on the first call, and one price in writing before anything is built. Then a flat monthly fee for hosting, fixes and changes, which you can stop any time.

How long does it take?

The first piece is usually working about two weeks after you say go. The rest follows one piece at a time, and nothing old is switched off until the new part has proved itself.

Walk me through your week

Twenty minutes, by phone, video or in person. I’ll come to you. If I can help, you’ll hear what I’d build first and a rough range. If I can’t, I’ll say so.
