You don’t need to know what to build. Tell us how the work moves today, and working out the fix is our job.
- A free 20 minute call. You hear a rough range before you hang up.
- A walk through a normal week, with the person who runs the day.
- A plan and one price in writing. Say yes and we start. Say no and you owe nothing.
About two weeks after you say go
We build the first piece
We start with the piece that costs you most, and build it with the people who use it most.
- Live about two weeks after you say go, on your real work.
- Your team tries it and we change it with them, until nobody asks for the old way.
- Add the next piece only if you want it. Each one works with the last.
Every month after
We keep it running
Software that nobody looks after stops fitting. Ours keeps up with how you work.
- Hosting, fixes, updates and changes to what’s built, for a flat monthly fee. A new piece gets its own price in writing first.
- Ask for a change in your own words, by call, text or email. Most are done in a day or two.
- No term. Stop any time and it is still yours.

Is the first call free?
Yes. The call, the walk through and the written plan cost nothing. If you say go, payment is split into parts set out in the plan.
How long does it take?
The first piece is live about two weeks after you say go. Bigger jobs come in stages, and you use each piece as it lands.
Do I need to know what to build?
No. Tell us what slows the company down. Working out the fix is our job.
Who will I talk to?
Braxton, the person who builds it. Before, during and after.
What if I want to stop?
You stop. There is no term, and everything we built stays yours, with the logins and the notes to go with it.
What if something happens to you?
Everything is in your company’s name: the code, the data and the accounts, with written notes on how it works. It’s built on common, well known tools, so another developer can take over without starting from scratch.
