- How much does custom software cost?
- It depends entirely on what it has to do, which is why we scope it in writing and give you one number before anybody builds anything. We would rather tell you it is not worth it than take the job.
- How do I know it will not take a year?
- Because it is built in stages and something useful goes live in the first couple of weeks. If the first two pieces have not earned their keep, that is a conversation for week four, not the end.
- Do I own it?
- Yes. The software, the data and the accounts. Nothing here depends on you being unable to leave.
- What if we already have software we like?
